Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your Loop earplugs and all original packaging, including various ear tip sizes, into a shipping envelope.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
